Search Queries
Names, places, or other terms entered in a search box are sent to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. Midland County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.

Its content describes how to reach Midland County Sheriff Records, the county's court clerks, the Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division, and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Texas Government Code Section 411.135 governs public dissemination of specified conviction and deferred-adjudication information by DPS, while the Texas Public Information Act in Government Code Chapter 552 governs many local executive-branch records.
